The National Council of Women of Canada encourages education, empowerment and community involvement. We offer a strong voice to the Canadian government on issues of concern to all members.
In addition, the NCWC has international links through NCWC membership in the International Council of Women and NCWC’s accreditation to the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.
Rooted in the Past, Working for the Future… In the century since its establishment as a leading proponent for the voice of women in community and public life, the National Council of Women of Canada has debated the issues and often influenced the policies which have shaped Canadian history.
